| Mt Wellington | First volcanic park I wandered into the morning I arrived. Views of the town, but nothing overly special. |
| One Tree Hill | One of Auckland's dormant volcanic mountains. As with other of the volcanic mountains it was used by the Maori as a fortification versus attack. The top offers panoramic views of Auckland and the surrounding areas and contains an obilesk on the top is dedicated to the Maori people. |
| Sailing - Auckland Harbor | I took a lunch cruise in Auckland Harbor. |
| Sky Tower | Pictures from up inside Sky Tower. Its 328 meters tall and the tallest tower in the Southern Hemisphere. The views from up there were pretty fantastic. |
| Mt Eden | Mt Eden is the tallest of the dormant volcanic peaks that Auckland surrounds. Its caldera is also very apparent, and there are some pretty nice views walking around the rim. |
